WILENCOTE'S 2006 - 77th ANNUAL BULL SALE by Debbie Gregory
Wilencote's 77th sale Peter Humphreys took a $700 drop in average from $4,230 average for the 27 sold last year to an average of $3,521 for 23 sold on Tuesday 6th June 2006.
He presented an even line of bulls in excellent condition after a "very good season" where there has been plenty of grass. The bulls had been run in one mob, which had worked well after the spring floods broke nearly every flood gate on the farm.
The bulls had been running on the steep hill country and were ready to perform, said Mr Humphreys.
